I am from Port Harcourt. I ordered a 2016 Lexus ES 350. As I write this testimony, I possess all the documents related to my vehicle, which I will share as soon as it arrives. I am personally tracking the shipment and will handle the clearance, as my brother is a customs clearing agent.

I am from Abuja. I purchased a 2013 GLK through a Copart agent in May 2026. Due to a slight delay, the vehicle was delivered to me after 55 days, with my driver picking it from their office in Lagos. I would highly recommend their services.

I purchased a 2005 Ford Escape from Copart after persuading my husband to allow me to acquire my first car in Nigeria. He cautioned me to be wary of Nigerian car auctioneers, but I decided to take the risk. I now have the car and have no regrets regarding the decision.

A friend referred me to this company, where I requested a 2008 Toyota RAV4 Limited Edition. I took a leap of faith in November 2025, and I've since utilized the vehicle during the Christmas and New Year celebrations, continuing to enjoy it to this day. Although I previously struggled with trust issues, this experience has significantly improved my confidence in such transactions.

I am from Lugbe, Abuja. I purchased a 2018 Mazda Grand Touring through a Copart agent. The vehicle was shipped in a container, which took over three months due to the inability to consolidate with other cars. However, we successfully completed the shipment, and I received the car in June, accompanied by their operations manager during the offloading at Tincan. Thank you for the excellent service!

Copart Agent is a company established in 2018 and registered with auction companies in the United States. We are licensed to facilitate online bidding, assisting both end users and dealers in Nigeria in bidding for repossessed, salvage, flood-damaged, and other types of vehicles. We primarily recommend salvage and repossessed cars to our clients based on their preferences.
Bidding on our platform can be done through three methods: BUY NOW, LIVE AUCTION, and MAKE AN OFFER. Please note that you cannot bid independently; rather, you will utilize our license to bid. Our expertise enables us to procure vehicles with sound mileage, intact airbags, and reliable engines on your behalf.
Typically, it takes approximately 40 days to deliver a car to Nigeria. However, delays may occur due to logistical factors. Customers are required to obtain their dock receipt within three days of payment and must receive the title of the vehicle before booking shipment. The shipping company determines the schedule for the next shipment, but Grimadli operates every two weeks, which is considered a safe option.
Shipping a container usually takes about 90 days. However, if all four cars required to fill a 40-foot container are not ready, it can extend to six months. If we have the necessary four cars available, shipment will occur within 90 days.
Yes, we provide financing options. Customers are responsible for the cost of the vehicle purchase only, while we handle trucking and shipping. Once customers receive their vehicle documents and track the arrival, they can proceed with reimbursement to our company.
The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) serves as a unique identifier for the vehicle, similar to a National Identification Number (NIN) for individuals. The VIN allows users to conduct checks on the vehicle to ascertain its condition, including mileage, airbag status, and engine health. We advise against purchasing any vehicle in Nigeria without first conducting a check through our services.
Yes, we offer physical inspection services for a fee. Our inspection officers located across the United States can provide video inspections of any vehicle you wish to purchase. We can also perform a VIN check prior to buying. However, live inspections are recommended and typically cost around $200.
Our fee is $400, which covers bidding assistance, trucking, shipping to Nigeria, and real-time monitoring with updates throughout the process.
The purchase security deposit is ₦1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand naira). This deposit is refundable if you decide not to proceed with the transaction. However, if we purchase a vehicle and you do not make payment within 72 hours of winning the bid, the deposit will be forfeited in its entirety. We recommend reviewing our terms of service before proceeding.
Yes, we are connected with Paystack, a reputable online payment platform in Nigeria. You can make your security deposit through our bank account or via Paystack. Please request an invoice from our accounting department to initiate payment.
