Deposit

To engage in business with us, it is mandatory for interested parties to make a refundable security deposit of ₦1,500,000 (one million, five hundred thousand naira only). This deposit enables us to initiate the process, provide pictures, and conduct a thorough inspection report for each vehicle you intend to purchase. Our goal is to offer guidance towards the best options available. Please note that this security deposit is refundable and is intended to cover our licensing requirements. We are a serious organization focused on profitability, and we will not proceed with any client who does not remit the deposit. We do not charge a consultation fee to avoid imposing financial pressure on our clients; however, the deposit is non-negotiable.

Purchase

Once the security deposit is received, our legal representative will reach out to you to review our terms of service. We will enter into a formal agreement, which will be signed by both our company representative and the customer to establish a business relationship. We will not proceed if the customer makes a deposit but fails to sign the agreement. We assist you in bidding and purchasing, ensuring that the vehicle has only minor dents on the rear or sides, as we have observed that approximately 70% of cars imported to Nigeria have front-end accidents, removed engines, and repackaged airbags. We are committed to providing professional advice to help you avoid purchasing substandard vehicles.

Transport

After the vehicle is purchased, we will arrange for a driver to pick it up from the auction yard in the United States and deliver it to the nearest port. We avoid sourcing vehicles from locations that are too distant for shipping logistics. Allow us to advise you on the best locations for your purchases.

Shipment

Once we deliver the vehicle to the shipping company, we will obtain the dock receipt, which serves as proof that the vehicle has been delivered to the port and is awaiting shipment. This receipt will be converted into a bill of lading, indicating that the vehicle has sailed. Notifications regarding the shipment will be sent to us, allowing us to commence the clearance process.

Customs Clearance

We will assist in clearing the vehicle upon its arrival. We ensure compliance with valuation standards, as the federal government has reduced the customs duty on vehicles from 15% to 5%, providing significant relief to importers. We typically clear vehicles within three days of duty payment, adhering to the prescribed duties set by customs authorities. We do not want your vehicle to be impounded due to undervaluation. While we encourage our clients to allow us to manage the clearance process, we do respect their choice to handle it independently.
